Did you get a piso fare to Hong Kong with the last seat sale? If you did, awesome! If you haven’t yet, don’t worry there will be more promo fares for 2016, and even 2017 soon. Watch out for new promos announcement on our community FB page: Piso Fare Philippines
Flying to the Asia’s world city opens to a world of bargains, amazing sites, and experiences. For first timers nothing says you’ve been to Hong Kong than having those shoots with the popular characters from Disney movies, and where to pose for these pictures? Hong Hong Disneyland of course!
You might not know this but if you are a senior citizen you will get a HUGE discount from the Hong Kong Disneyland entrance fee. Instead of paying the regular 499 HKD, you will only pay 100 HKD. In Philippine pesos that is paying 600 pesos only instead of 3,000 PHP, a savings of more than P2,000, Wow!!! So if you are a senior or you have a senior citizen in your tour group, buy your tickets in Disneyland itself to avail of the discounts.
What to bring to avail of the discounted Disneyland ticket? Sometimes “face value” of the senior citizen is enough, but we recommend for the senior citizen to bring his or her passport as it shows the birthdate.
Kids rate, ages 3 to 11, is discounted at 355 HKD or about 2,130 pesos.
You can also buy ahead your Disneyland ticket in its satellite office at the “Avenue of Stars” in Victoria Harbour; this is the tourist spot where you can see the statue of Bruce Lee. We are just not sure if this satellite office gives discounts for senior citizen, again we recommend if you are a senior citizen buy your ticket when you get to Disneyland to avail of the rate discount.
However, at the Avenue of Stars ticketing office, you can buy 2 regular tickets and the attendant will give you freebies. Freebies can be Disney-branded keychains, bag tags and more cute merchandise!
Welcome to Hong Kong Disneyland!!!
What not to miss when in Hong Kong Disneyland?
The meet and greet with Mickey and Minnie Mouse, the grand Parade of Disney characters, Festival of the Lion King, The Golden Mickeys, Disney Paint The Night Parade ( you will love this and the kids too!), Mystic Manor (this is AMAZING!!!), and the Fireworks extravaganza!
Meet and Greet with Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse!
We got to tell you though that many Piso Fare friends and members have remarked that riding the Space Mountain is for the brave and those not easily nauseated. But heyyy if you want to try, try it. 🙂
Now, now, if you have kids who loves and adores Princess Elsa and Anna, go near Sleeping Beauty’s castle as these two famous Frozen princesses usually holds pictorial sessions with visitors there, at designated times.
Have a blast at Hong Kong! Have a wonderful time in HK Disneyland too! Book your tickets during promo fares like the favourite P1 seat sale!
