Now passengers can book their trips to NAIA seven days in advance or up to 2 hours before the planned pick up time. As much as 3 passengers with a total of 3 luggage can be accommodated per GRAB vehicle.
Grab passengers just need to enter there desired pick up time, pick up location and the NAIA terminal they wish to be dropped off.
Once booked, the passenger can get updates for the APP like reminders 45 minutes before the pick up or chat with their designated driver. Passengers must be aware of the 15 minute grace period for instances that the driver or passenger needs a little more time to arrive at the pinned pick up area.
It the users cancel the scheduled ride less than an hour before the scheduled pick-up, or is unreachable, or arrives at the pick-up spot beyond the grace period, they will be charged with the ride’s full fare. However, no charge will be made if the cancellation is made at least an hour before the scheduled time.
This service of the ride hailing app is only available for METRO MANILA passengers only at the moment!!
