*If you are refunding terminal fees on unused flights paid for via payment center, this can only be done via a branch-office of Cebupac. You need to visit one to file your claim.
*If you are refunding terminal fee for tickets purchased using credit card, atm card, or paypal – you can just call the hotline to process your ticket refund. The company will credit back the terminal fee portion of your purchased ticket to the payment method used, after a week or two.
Tickets bought during a promo fare are non-refundable, except for the terminal fee portion for flights originating from Manila, Cebu, Kalibo.
