It is easy to determine how much you are going to pay for piso fare tickets via Cebu Pacific if you know the base fare. Usually promo base fare are different for international and domestic destination with the international at higher base fare. Sometimes though Cebu Pacific airlines launches P1 tickets for both international flights and domestic flights, but again this is rare.
Let’s have a concrete example for domestic ticket, assume it is piso fare 2016 ticket:
[A] Merong piso fare base fare for 2016 = P1
[B] Fuel surcharge = P0
[C] Cebu Pacific web admin fee = P120 (this is fix amount per way)
[D] Terminal fee = P15 (assume you are flying out of Boracay (non-Manila))
[E] Check-in Baggage = P0 (assume you don’t avail of check-in baggage)
[D] Seat Selector Choice = P0 (assume you will not select seat during booking your piso ticket)
[F] Travel Insurance = P0 (assume you will not buy travel insurance)
[G] 12% VAT =P14.52 (see computation below)
TOTAL TICKET COST for P1 base fare: 1 + 120 + 15 +14.52 = P150.52

PAALALA – the 12% vat will be computed as follows:
( A + C ) * 12% = resulting amount is the VAT charge that will be added to your ticket
In our example it is piso fare for 2016: ( 1 + 120) / 12% = P14.52 -> you will now add this amount to [G]

[D] List of Terminal Fees to add to tickets
(If flying out of Manila ) Add Terminal Fee = P200
(If flying out of Cebu) Add Terminal Fee = P220
(If flying out of non-Manila and non-Cebu airports) = P15 ASF
*ASF is Aviation Security Fee.
You can use the same formula above when the base fare is P988, or P143, or P888 etc. Just substitute the base fare of the ticket you are trying to book to [A], instead of P1. This way you already know how much money to prepare to pay for your promo and piso fare tickets 2015 and 2016, if you are flying from Manila or Cebu.
If your ticket is from an airport that is not Cebu or Manila, example Tacloban, CDO or Legazpi, add the ASF of P15. But note that the resulting amount still excludes the terminal fee that you will manually pay when you are in the terminal checking-in for your flight.
It is only tickets from Cebu and Manila wherein the terminal fees are already included in your ticket.
