Cebu Pacific Air, the leading budget carrier in the Philippines accepts the following ID for customers who are flying with them. This airline accepts any physical, valid ID that features the photo and name of the passenger.
If you are traveling international, your passport will serve as your ID. The info below is more for Filipinos flying to domestic routes, note that you may still use your passport for local flights, it is okay.

- Philippine Driver’s License (Take note they don’t accept License Application)

- PRC ID (They don’t accept License Application / Renewal)

- Valid Student ID (They don’t accept Registration Form)

How about digital IDs? Cebu Pacific says that generally, digital IDs are not accepted. However, there is an exception, wherein you may present the Philippine National ID via the eGovPH app. Login on the app and show it to the counter staff.
Can you show a screenshot or saved images of the Philippine National ID on your phone? This may be accepted, but the passenger will be required to provide additional identity verification at the check-in counter. That is why it is best to have the eGov app on your phone, so you can show your live ID, no need for additional verification document.
For Foreigners
Any government-issued ID from a foreign country is acceptable for use on domestic flights, provided it contains personal information, photo, and is still valid.
For Children
Filipino children without a school ID may present a birth certificate as an alternative form of identification. This birth certificate must be issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).
Parents or guardians may be required to provide additional identity verification at the check-in counter.
For Infants (0-2 years old)
Passengers traveling with infants may present the infant’s physical Passport, Birth Certificate or Baby Book as identification during check-in.
*If you check-in online and skip the check-in counter at the airport, know that you may be ask for your valid ID upon boarding your flight.
