The role of the Cabin Service Assistant is to clean designated aircraft areas such as shower spa and lavatories, and does not overlap with or replace normal Cabin Crew service duties. The CSA will report to the Purser, or the Cabin Supervisor, should the Purser be on crew rest or otherwise unavailable.
This role requires travelling.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: – A minimum of 2 years customer service experience with an international hotel chain/airline/world class service provider.
- Experience working in Hospitality Industry within housekeeping department would be an advantage.
- Knowledge/skills: – Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Minimum height of 160 cm and Arm reach of at least 210cm (on tip toes).
