As you know whenever Cebu Pacific launches a seat sale, the quoted one-way fares are usually “base fare”. It is rare when the sale is for “all in fare”.
Base fare promos will still have added fees and these are usually the following:
- Administrative Fee
- Fuel Surcharge
- Aviation Security Fee
- CEB Domestic Passenger Service Charge
- PH Value Added Tax
- VAT for Add-ons
- Booking Service Fee
The above fees are not fixed, it will depend on destination, the airport of origin’s terminal fee, the agent’s booking service fee, the VAT, etc.
