Cebu Pacific Air Cabin Crew Qualifications
- At least a Senior High School (Grade 12) graduate.
- previous experience as a Cabin Crew is an advantage, particularly A320/321/330 qualified.
- Candidates without prior experience as a Cabin Crew may also apply.
- Open to Filipino nationals based in the Philippines only
- proficient in Filipino and English
- Must be physically fit to undergo the training and perform the roles and responsibilities of a Cabin Crew.
- Must have a customer-centric mindset and possess confidence and creativity in problem solving.
- Willing to be based outside of Manila
Is there a height requirement for Cabin Crew Applicants?
The minimum height requirement is 5’3 for females and 5’7 for males; and a reach test of 210 cm.
