Cebu Pacific Air is looking for fresh members for their Cabin Crew Team. This job opening is open for MALE and FEMALE applicants.
The recruitment will be held on August 17, 2024 at the SMX Convention Center – BACOLOD.

- Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and problem-solving skills to manage unexpected situations, such as disruptions or medical emergencies.
- Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive work environment.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness of and sensitivity to the diverse backgrounds of passengers, ensuring respectful and inclusive interactions.
- Physical Stamina: The ability to handle long hours on their feet, manage physical tasks, and remain alert and active throughout the flight.
- Attention to Detail: Observing and responding to passengers’ needs, adhering to safety regulations, and ensuring the cabin is well-maintained.
- Time Management: Efficiently managing time and multitasking to handle various duties within the limited timeframe of a flight.
- Adaptability: Being flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and varying passenger needs.
These skills help ensure that cabin crew members can perform their roles effectively, contributing to a safe and pleasant flying experience for passengers.

Cebu Pacific Air MALE and FEMALE Cabin Crew Basic Requirements
- Must have finished at least Senior High School (Grade 12).
- Previous experience as a Cabin Crew is an advantage but not a requirment
- Candidates without prior experience as a Cabin Crew may also apply.
- Open to Filipino nationals based in the Philippines only
- Must be proficient in Filipino and English language.
- Must be physically fit to undergo the training and perform the roles and responsibilities of a Cabin Crew.
- Must have a customer-centric mindset.
- Must possess confidence and creativity in problem solving.
- Willing to be based outside of Manila, if necessary.
- Minimum height requirement of 5’3 for females
- Minimum height requirement of 5’7 for males; and a reach test of 210 cm.
For those who will be sent their schedules for the assessment day, kindly follow the dress code:
- For male applicants, please wear pants/trousers, and a short-sleeved polo. Blazers, coats, or jackets are not required.
- For female applicants, please wear a short-sleeved inner top, a blazer or jacket, and a knee-length skirt. Hair must be tied in a bun with appropriate make-up.
